How can I make a purchase online?

In order to be able to acquire our products, you must first register with us, providing the following information:

• -Country of origin
• -Name
• -Last name(s)
• -Email
• -Contact phone number
• -Mailing address (street, number, apartment, town)
• -Province or State
• -ZIP/Postal code
• -País de procedencia

Once this information has been entered, our database will automatically send you an email containing your user name and a password that you can use to make purchases on our website without any further registration on your part. You will also be able to track your order.

It is very important that you complete the form correctly and completely with all of the information we have requested, to avoid any error occurring in the shipment and delivery of your order and ensure that the package arrives correctly and as quickly as possible. Your personal telephone number and contact email are essential in case there is any question about your order and we need to confirm anything with you.

Your shopping cart

All of the items in your shopping cart will be listed as they were ordered in our system. If there is an item that you do not want, all you have to do is to click on the delete button and it will be automatically deleted from the cart. When you have finished shopping click on ‘Checkbox’ to select the type of delivery (there are different costs involved, depending on delivery speed and package destination.) After clicking on ‘Submit order’ a new window will pop up requesting your credit or debit card number (card number, expiry date and validation or verification code.) As a second payment option we offer you the possibility of paying through Mobipay.

If any item in your shopping cart is not in stock at the moment, you will be notified during the purchasing process.

Changing your mind while ordering

All of your order information is available in your SHOPPING CART and you can make any change(s) you wish. Your order will not be processed and no charge will be made to your card until you click on the ‘Submit order’ button and correctly complete the credit card information required.

Order confirmation

When you introduce your credit card information and click on ‘Make payment’, our Secure Electronic Business system may ask you for a security password that your bank will provide you, for use with your credit card on the internet. After entering the code you must again click on ‘Send’ to confirm the order, or on ‘Cancel’ to cancel it.

You will receive an email confirming your purchase order. When your order is processed by xtg.es we will send you another email to notify you that your order has been shipped.

How long will my order take?

Please take the following into consideration when trying to estimate the delivery date of your package:

• -Your credit card transaction approval or confirmation of the bank transfer must be received before your order is processed.
• -Shipments are only made Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. (Canary Islands time).
• -Depending on the country, customs may hold packages for an undetermined period of time, which may delay the arrival of your order.

What is the return policy?

Why has my session been blocked?

For security reasons your session will be automatically deactivated if it is open for a long time and our web page registers a long period of inactivity. If this occurs, you will have to re-enter your email address and password to be able to access your personal information.

Our contract

When you make an order for the purchase of a product, we will send you an email confirming reception of your order. For us, the acceptance of the order represents an offer to buy a product, and when said order is confirmed, once again by means of an email, we consider our sales contract to be sealed. Thus, when you make an order you are making a contract with Burmen S.L.

Returns and cancellations

XTG does not accept merchandise returns for hygienic reasons.

Prices and availability

In spite of our efforts, a small number of products listed in our web catalog may have erroneous price or stock information. If the correct price of the product is below that shown, we will charge you the lower price and we will send you the product. If the correct price is higher than that shown, we may, at our discretion, either contact you to consult with you before shipping or cancel your order and notify you of the cancellation.

During the processing of your order we will inform you if any product you have ordered is unavailable. We cannot be more specific about product availability beyond what is available on our web page.

Customs

Abroad, XTG’s merchandise may be subject to import taxes and duties, which must be paid by the recipient when the package arrives at its destination. No additional charges will be assumed by the sender for customs fees (we have no control over these fees and we cannot predict their amounts.) Customs regulations vary greatly from country to country, which is why you must contact your local customs office for any further information.

Moreover, you must take into account that upon ordering from XTG the recipient is considered the importer and must fulfill any and all laws and regulations of the country where the merchandise is received. Your privacy is important to us and we know that you are concerned about how the information about your order is used and shared. For this reason, we would like our international clients and distributors who sell our products internationally to be aware that any shipments abroad are subject to opening and inspection by customs officials.
